Ukrainians living abroad can issue a passport of a citizen of Ukraine to travel abroad. In the countries where Document SE operates, Ukrainians can obtain a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for departure at the same time, after presenting the relevant documents - those confirming citizenship and birth certificates.

Citizens of Ukraine living in Poland can already apply for passports.

Back in August, a full-fledged Document SE center, where Ukrainians can get an ID card or a foreign passport, was opened in Warsaw. You can learn more about the cost of obtaining documents and the terms of production at the link.

SE "Document" was also opened in Krakow and Gdańsk. Details about services here.

Recognition of digital documents abroad

In August 2022, the Government of Ukraine approved a resolution regulating the cross-border transfer of personal data through "Diia" services in 58 states.

Ukrainians who left for Poland can get a digital residence permit Diia.pl in the mObywatel application. In the near future, it will be possible to share a digital driver's license and vehicle registration certificate in the mObywatel application.
