Citizens of Ukraine can apply for passport documents in the countries where the Passport Service has started operating. We will tell you in more detail where exactly the divisions of SE "Document" are located, what services they provide and their cost
The State Migration Service of Ukraine has already launched its branches of the State Enterprise Document in four European countries. Ukrainians can apply for passports and exchange their driving licenses there. We will tell you where the branches are located and what services they provide below.
Turkey
The subdivision of SE "Document" in Turkey is located in Istanbul.
• Address: Londra Asfaltı E-5 Karayolu, parking lot near the Airport shopping center (Londra Asfaltı E-5 Karayolu Üzeri, Airport AVM, 34158 Bakırköy/İstanbul).
• Opening hours: The branch is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00.
What services are available?
• issuance of an ID card or passport (including replacement of a lost or stolen one)
• exchange of an ID-card or a passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability for use)
• exchange of a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (upon request or in case of unsuitability);
• simultaneous issuance of a passport and an ID-card;
• exchange of a driver's license.
How is the appointment made?
Currently, you can register in the electronic queue, choose a convenient day and time and come in person to submit documents.
Prices for the services of the SE "Document" division in Turkey
• ID-card: for the first time/not urgent/urgent - 1650 liras/450 UAH + 1650 liras/820 UAH + 1650 liras;
foreign passport: non-urgent/urgent - 856 UAH + 1650 liras / 1496 UAH + 1650 liras;
• ID-card + foreign passport: ID-card for the first time and "abroad" is not urgent / ID-card for the first time and "abroad" is urgent / both passports are not urgent / both passports are urgent - 856 UAH + 2040 lira / 1496 UAH + 2040 lira / 1306 UAH + 2040 lira / 2316 UAH + 2040 lira.
Poland
Subdivisions of the State Enterprise "Document" in Poland are located in four cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk and Wroclaw.

• simultaneous issuance of a passport and an ID-card;
• issuance of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad;
• issuance of an ID card;
• exchange of a driver's license;
• insurance.
How is the appointment made?
Applications for issuing passport documents can be submitted both by appointment and in the first-come, first-served mode.
Working hours in all cities: Monday-Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00, Sunday is a day off.

• ID-card: for the first time/not urgent/urgent - 375 PLN / 450 UAH + 375 PLN / 820 UAH + 375 PLN
foreign passport: non-urgent/urgent - 856 UAH + 375 PLN / 1496 UAH + 375 PLN;
• ID-card + foreign passport: ID-card for the first time and "abroad" is not urgent / ID-card for the first time and "abroad" is urgent / both passports are not urgent / both passports are urgent - 856 UAH + 465 PLN / 1496 UAH + 465 PLN / 1306 UAH + 465 PLN / 2316 UAH + 465 PLN.
Czech Republic
The subdivision of SE "Document" in the Czech Republic is located in Prague.
Address: Prague, on the site behind the Kotva shopping center/OS Kotva at: Náměstí Republiky 656/8, 110 00, Staré Mesto, Praha 1.

• issuance of an ID card or travel passport (including replacement of a lost or stolen one);
• exchange of an ID card or a passport (due to expiration, change of information, or unusability);
• exchange of a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (upon request or in case of unsuitability);

• ID-card + foreign passport: ID-card for the first time and "abroad" is not urgent / ID-card for the first time and "abroad" is urgent / both passports are not urgent / both passports are urgent - 856 UAH + 100 euros / 1496 UAH + 100 euros / 1306 UAH + 100 euros / 2316 UAH + 100 euros.
Where can I exchange a Ukrainian driver's license abroad?
Citizens of Ukraine can exchange their license in all the above countries and cities.
Who needs to exchange a driver's license?
The procedure is necessary for those who have a damaged license, expired document or changed personal data:
• Change of personal data - the driver has changed his or her last name, first name, patronymic or gender.
• The validity of the license has expired, which is most relevant for licenses issued for the first time, as its validity is only 2 years. The procedure will be carried out without taking an exam if the driver has not committed more than two administrative offenses.
• When the driver's license has been damaged (data cannot be read).
• Replacing photos, clarifying data.
The procedure and list of documents
The replacement procedure is carried out:
• by appointment through the electronic queue;
• in the order of the live queue - the coupon can be obtained directly at the service center.
The following documents are required during the visit:
• passport of a citizen of Ukraine with information about the place of registration. If you have an ID-card without information about the place of registration on a contactless electronic medium, you must provide a certificate of registration of the place of residence;
• identification code (original or copy);
• a document confirming the change of personal data.
• a driver's license that needs to be replaced.
Please note! Documents are processed only by the applicant personally. The administrator accepts the package of documents, fills out the application form and submits it to the Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Ukraine.
In case of successful application, the SE "Document" will print a new certificate on a special form. The application is usually processed within 1 day. The issued certificate is valid for 30 years.
How much does it cost to exchange a Ukrainian driver's license abroad?
• Turkey - 254 UAH + 2000 liras;
• Poland - 254 UAH + 455 PLN;
• Czech Republic - 254 UAH + 2310 CZK;
• Slovakia - 254 UAH + 95 euros.
