Ukrainians can once again receive financial assistance from the UN. Find out more about how and where to apply for funds
The United Nations Refugee Agency has resumed registration for assistance for Ukrainian families affected by the war. Who can count on payments of UAH 2,200, we will analyze below.
First of all, the assistance is intended for people from vulnerable groups.
Ukrainians with an official income of no more than UAH 5,400 per month and those who have not yet received payments from international organizations can receive assistance.
Those IDPs who have already submitted their data for inclusion in the UNHCR cash assistance program will receive their payments, provided they have not received cash assistance from another organization.
The following Ukrainians are defined as vulnerable:
- a family with only one parent with one or more children under the age of 18 or with elderly people (55 years and older);
- a family headed by one single/multiple single elderly persons (55 years and older) or elderly persons with one or more children under the age of 18;
- a family with one or more persons with special needs (disabilities, chronic diseases, etc.);
- foster families.
How and where to apply for assistance?
All household members must be present for data collection. If a family member is unable to come to the data collection center due to limited mobility, this person will be redirected to remote registration.

• tax number;

• IDP certificate (if available);
• UAH bank card of the main applicant;

• a document certifying legal custody of the child (if necessary);
