However, a large number of international companies have already resumed operations, particularly in the safe regions of Ukraine.

We will tell you which companies have already returned to Ukraine and why they are resuming business despite the war in the article below.

Why do international companies return to Ukraine despite all the risks?

Returning to the Ukrainian market is not an easy task, as companies need to rebuild the entire process of operating in the Ukrainian market. Starting with logistics issues and the need to take additional care of employee safety, and ending with the lack of a clear business strategy.

And it is impossible to build it because there are no tools that would allow to accurately predict sales and profitability of returning to the Ukrainian market, which is primarily due to the fact that most Ukrainians have faced a decline in income and the fact that the solvent population of Ukraine has now significantly decreased.

However, foreign companies are finding other advantages to resuming operations in Ukraine. These include:

- low level of competition;

- high level of pent-up demand;

- high level of customer loyalty.

In addition, each newly opened office or store means at least new jobs and tax revenues for the state budget. But we should not forget that the return of an international brand to Ukraine is also a loud signal to the world, including that Ukraine is a reliable partner worth working with.

We remind you! For more than a year and a half, Ukrainian entrepreneurs have been suffering huge losses and facing new challenges on a daily basis. Read more about how business in Ukraine is adapting to the military realities in our previous article.
