Ukraine has a strong and active community of startups, but due to the long war, the Ukrainian economy and business are facing serious problems. Throughout Ukraine, countless entrepreneurs work in extraordinary conditions to maintain the liquidity of their business and stimulate further investment. These startups often work abroad and have employees both in Ukraine and in neighboring countries. Google believes that their efforts should be supported in every possible way.
🌎 Google's $ 5 million Ukrainian Startup Support Fund will provide assistance to approximately 50 Ukrainian-based companies in 2022. Additionally, each startup will receive Google Cloud, as well as support from Google managers. These non-equity investments and practical support are designed to help Ukrainian entrepreneurs support and develop their startups, strengthen their community and build a foundation for post-war economic recovery.
