Ukrainians also have access to new features in the mObywatel application, an analogue of the Ukrainian Diia. Now, with the help of the application, Ukrainians will be able to use an electronic prescription for medicines. To do this, in the pharmacy it is enough to show the QR-code in the application instead of the PESEL number with the access code. Also, on the same grounds as Polish citizens, Ukrainians will be able to obtain a European Union COVID certificate (UCC) from mObywatel. To obtain a COVID certificate, you need to get vaccinated or tested according to the Polish health care system.

In the application Ukrainians can also get a personal document with name and surname, PESEL number, date and place of birth and citizenship. mObywatel is available for adult refugees from Ukraine who arrived in Poland after February 24, have a PESEL and an active trusted profile (Profil Zaufany).
