The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified the procedure for children to go abroad for recreation and relaxation.
During martial law, children will be able to go abroad for health and recreation only with the consent of the National Social Service. It is no longer necessary to notarize the documents. Such changes are aimed at facilitating the organized departure of children abroad on vacation, as well as ensuring control and security of the process and guaranteeing their return.
Therefore, for the period of emergency state or martial law, a group of children leaves Ukraine in the presence of:
🔹 consent of the National Social Service for the departure of a group of children;
🔹 lists of groups of children and persons accompanying them abroad;
🔹 passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad of a child or a child's birth certificate;
🔹 approval by the children's service of the consent of each child's representatives to leave;
🔹 parents' applications for the child's departure abroad, certified by the Children's Service (may be made without the notarized consent of the other parent with a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for the child's departure abroad or a child's birth certificate).
