A free route for Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes will be laid from Tallinn through Vilnius, Riga and Polish Rzeszów with a return to Lviv. This was emphasized by Oleksiy Boroday, Deputy Minister of Ukraine for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories.
According to him, there is currently no direct free route for Ukrainians who left the occupied territories through Russia to the Baltic countries back to Ukraine. Only volunteers transport our citizens from Lithuania to Lviv free of charge.
Boroday stated that the MFA has agreed to launch a new route for Ukrainians wishing to return from abroad. The governments of the Baltic countries have already given permission, and we have up to 2 weeks to wait.
