Canadian technology company OneIQ Corp. launched the YesHelp mobile application to connect Ukrainian refugees with volunteers.
YesHelp is a safe platform for communication between forced migrants from Ukraine and volunteers around the world. It is currently available for Android and iOS users in more than sixty countries around the world.
What functionality does the app have?
In the program, you can ask for any help you need, such as finding housing, transportation services, caring for children or pets.
After installing the application, it offers to choose the role of a volunteer or someone who needs help, confirm the identity and pass the biometric authentication.
Volunteers and those in need of assistance can communicate in real time through messaging, which includes a smart translation feature.
In the chat, you can maintain confidentiality and ask each other questions before providing contacts or scheduling a meeting. All personal data remains hidden from others until the user decides to share it with interlocutors.
You can download the application to your smartphone using the link.
We will remind you! Earlier, the Ministry of Digital launched a free application for mutual aid during the Lepta war, where you can directly help or ask for help. Learn more about the program here.
