War risk insurance in Ukraine: maximum protection against unforeseen situations
Despite military operations, foreigners continue to visit Ukrainian cities. Tourists, journalists, politicians, members of government missions, as well as business owners in Ukraine or those who have relatives here, travel to our country. We recently talked about whether it is safe for foreigners to travel to Ukraine, as we see a demand for visits to Ukraine.
When entering, remember that there is a war on the territory of Ukraine. Currently, active hostilities are taking place only in the southern and eastern regions, but the threat of enemy missile strikes remains throughout the entire territory of the state. Insure your health and life in order to receive financial compensation in the event of an insured event.
VisitUkraine offers a unique offer - insurance covering war-related risks.
Who can insure?
The insurance policy applies to foreign citizens, subjects of another state and stateless persons.
There are no age restrictions: minors and people over 70 can buy insurance.
What risks does the insurance cover?
1. The policy covers the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19, including the costs of forced observation. Remember that the coronavirus restrictions are still in effect when entering Ukraine. Thus, the relevant insurance policy is mandatory for entering the territory of Ukraine.
2. The insurance covers a fatal event that may occur as a result of military risks.
Pay attention! Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the air alert in Kyiv alone has lasted more than 570 hours. Every day, cruise missiles and Iranian drones fly over Ukrainian cities, threatening the safety of citizens and tourists.
Currently, there are few insurance companies that cover the risks associated with hostilities and war. Take out a policy in order to receive financial compensation in the event of an insured event.
We guarantee payment and offer two types of insurance policy:
• Insurance policy with a coverage of UAH 100,000;
• Insurance policy with a coverage of 30,000 euros.
Territories of distribution of the insurance policy
The insurance policy is valid on the territory of Ukraine, except for the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions and Crimean Autonomous Republic, as well as the territories of direct combat clashes (front lines).
Term of validity of the insurance policy
The insurance contract comes into effect from the moment the insurance payment is made in full, but not earlier than the date and time of crossing the state border of Ukraine. You choose the duration yourself - it depends on the number of days of stay in Ukraine.
Buy an insurance policy for different periods: from 3 days to 6 months. The price of one insured day is from 3.3 euros.
You can issue an insurance policy on our website via the link - https://visitukraine.today/products/war-risks-insurance. To do this, choose the type of insurance and fill in personal data.
Keep yourselves!
