After more than 15 months of war, many Ukrainians have moved abroad as refugees. Such people often face the problem of exchanging and obtaining a passport. However, special services have been opened for our citizens abroad, where they can resolve various nuances with documents. Here is a list of countries in which Ukrainian citizens can apply for and exchange their passports.
It is worth noting that at the beginning of June, the State Migration Service had already launched the services of SE "Document" in five European countries and Turkey.
In which countries can Ukrainians apply for documents?
Czech Republic
Documents can be issued in Prague at the site behind the Kotva shopping center/OS Kotva at: Náměstí Republiky 656/8, 110 00, Staré Mesto, Praha 1.
Citizens are served from Monday to Saturday, inclusive, from 9:00 to 18:00 in the order of electronic and "live" queue.
Services:
- issuance of an ID card or travel passport (including replacement of a lost or stolen one);
- exchange of an ID-card or passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability for use);
- exchange of a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (upon request or in case of unsuitability);
- simultaneous issuance of a passport and an ID-card;
- exchange of a driver's license.
Slovakia
Registration takes place in Bratislava at the following address: Mlynskénivy 5A, 821 09 Bratislava (1st floor, the territory of the bus station).
Citizens are served from Monday to Saturday, inclusive, from 9:00 to 18:00 in the order of electronic and "live" queue.
Services:
- issuance of an ID card or passport (including replacement of a lost or stolen one);
- exchange of an ID-card or passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability for use);
- exchange of a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (upon request or in case of unsuitability);
- simultaneous issuance of a passport and an ID-card;
- exchange of a driver's license.
Poland
Addresses:
• Warsaw: Jerozolimskie 179, floor +2 in the Blue City shopping center;
• Wroclaw: Marino Shopping Center, Paprotna 7, 51-117;
• Krakow: Plac Jana Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego 31-154;
• Gdansk: Chelm. Shopping center, Cienista 30, 80-046.

- simultaneous issuance of a passport and an ID-card;
- issuance of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad;
- issuance of an ID card;
- exchange of driver's license;
- insurance.

Germany
Addresses:

- exchange of an ID-card or a foreign passport (due to expiration of the validity period,
- change of information, unsuitability for use);
- exchange of a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (upon request or in case of unsuitability);
- simultaneous issuance of a passport and an ID-card;
- exchange of a driver's license.
Spain
Addresses:
• Madrid: C. del Alto del Retiro, 28031 Madrid.
• Valencia: Estación del Nord, Xàtiva metro station, Valencia, 46007.
Opening hours: Monday - Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
Services:
- issuance of an ID card or passport (including replacement of a lost or stolen one);
- exchange of an ID-card or a passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability for use);
- exchange of a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (upon request or in case of unsuitability);
- simultaneous issuance of a passport and an ID-card.
The service of exchanging a driver's license will be introduced later, which will be announced later.
Turkey
Documents can be issued in Istanbul at the following address: Londra Asfaltı E-5 Karayolu, Airport AVM, 34158 Bakırköy/İstanbul, parking lot near the Airport shopping center.
Opening hours: The branch is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00.

• exchange of an ID-card or a passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability for use);
• exchange of a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (upon request or in case of unsuitability);
