List of documents for travel to Ukraine from the Czech Republic
For visa-free entry to Ukraine, a citizen of the Czech Republic must provide:
● valid foreign passport;
● confirmation of the purpose of stay - tourist voucher, tickets, invitations from relatives, work contract, etc.;
● sufficient level of financial support ($45 per day per person) - cash, bank statement, etc.

Since July 1, the rules for crossing the Ukrainian border have been simplified, because all quarantine measures related to the Covid-19 epidemic have been canceled in the country. After the lifting of the quarantine, foreigners do not need to provide proof of vaccination and wear a protective mask. At the same time, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine recommends using preventive measures: masks, antiseptics, and social distancing in crowded places, as well as timely vaccination.
