The Kolotylivka - Pokrovka checkpoint on the border between Sumy Oblast and Belgorod Oblast has reopened, allowing Ukrainian citizens to return from the territories under occupation. This was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration.
It is noted that a volunteer humanitarian center operates on the Ukrainian border, where all Ukrainians can receive free psychological, legal and humanitarian assistance, as well as spend the night and get to Sumy or other cities of Ukraine.
Those interested can also evacuate Sumy region by a special Sumy-Kyiv evacuation train. It runs daily, departing at 6:47 a.m. and arriving in Kyiv at 11:41 a.m.
Kyiv Regional Military Administration will accommodate everyone in a modular town in Vyshgorod district.
Please note! At the station, Ukrposhta pays each citizen upon arrival 3 thousand hryvnias for children and people with disabilities and 2 thousand hryvnias for all other persons.

Kolotylivka - Pokrovka checkpoint on the border with russia: details
The State Border Guard Service emphasized that all checkpoints on the border with the aggressor state remain closed.
At the same time, Ukrainian border guards, in accordance with the Constitution, have been ensuring the return of Ukrainian citizens to their homeland since the beginning of russian aggression.
According to the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine spokesman Andriy Demchenko in a comment to UP, at the Pokrovka checkpoint, the russian side allows Ukrainian citizens to cross the border in the direction of Ukraine, both on foot and by transport.
In particular, in July, restrictions were imposed on Ukrainian citizens to travel by vehicles from russia, and at the end of July, crossing the border in this direction was completely prohibited.
Demchenko added that over the past few days, there have been cases of citizens entering Ukraine from russia, and the SBGSU continues to facilitate the return of citizens.
