For example, Visit Ukraine offers Ukrainians several insurance packages to choose from:

- All world SILVER-VU;

- All world GOLD-VU;

- All world Basic;

- All world Safe;

- All world PLATINUM-VU;

- All world Premium.

Depending on the chosen package, you are provided with a certain number of insurance events that the insurance company can cover.

For example, if a client has an accident (including injuries during sports), the All World Premium package will indemnify 10,000 euros for his or her treatment.

In addition, you are provided with the following services:

• 24/7 emergency medical care in any part of Ukraine and/or abroad

• round-the-clock online support;

• doctor's consultation (including online) and diagnostics in medical institutions without queues

• call a private ambulance in emergency situations;

• ordering and delivery of medicines to your home;

• easy registration - online in a few minutes.

War risk insurance

Given that military operations are ongoing in Ukraine, Visit Ukraine also offers its clients to take out insurance with military risks.

This service applies only to foreigners who want to visit Ukraine and insure themselves against unforeseen military situations.

How to use the insurer's services?

If an insured event occurs to a client, the first and most important action is to call the assistance company specified in your policy and report the insured event. Hotlines operate around the clock. It is this insurance company that will provide you with assistance and coordinate further actions. If the number does not answer, contact the company where you purchased the policy for instructions.

Inform the assistance company during the phone conversation with the following information:

• Name and other personal data;

• insurance policy number and its validity period;

• your location

• contacts for communication;

• the nature of the insured event.

Depending on the nature of the event, the operator can call an ambulance, direct you to the nearest hospital, organize a search operation, etc. The main thing that a traveler should remember is that after contacting the assistance company, you must follow all the steps that the manager will inform you about. If you do not follow the instructions, the costs will not be reimbursed.
