Access to quality education makes women more independent and economically resilient. In particular, the Projector Foundation, together with the EU, announces the start of enrollment for free online training of Ukrainian women abroad in highly paid IT professions. The Foundation Project, together with the European Union, has launched an initiative that provides free training in the creative and IT industries for Ukrainian refugee women abroad and women with IDP status in Ukraine.
Ukrainian women abroad will be taught high-paying professions: what is known
It is noted that the project plans to cover 1000 participants.
The training courses are designed for 13 different areas, including graphic and web design, social media management (SMM), and programming. The training process will be available online, and the first groups will start in November.
Adult refugee women abroad who are unemployed, as well as women with IDP status in Ukraine, are invited to participate in the project.

How to participate?
To apply, you need to submit a document confirming the status of a person in accordance with the country of residence. The application deadline is November 14, 2023 at 23:00.
One of the requirements for participation is the knowledge of English at least at the Intermediate level.
The Projector Foundation aims to support women and help them acquire new skills to successfully start a career in the creative or IT fields, providing them with financial independence and decent pay.
Students will have the opportunity to work on real projects and add them to their portfolio after completing the course.
Participants will have access to human resources consulting, the online Projector Library, and the LEZO career service.
The training program has received financial support from the EU and informational support from the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
