Montenegro has abolished strict entry requirements and allowed all tourists to cross the border, regardless of vaccination status.
Entry to Montenegro from January 13, 2022 is allowed with one of the following documents:
- Certificate of vaccination - no more than 6 months should pass from the moment of receiving the last dose;
- PCR test not older than 72 hours;
- Rapid antigen test not older than 48 hours;
- Positive PCR test done more than 10 days ago, but not older than 6 months.
Children under 18 years of age do not need formal documents.
Citizens of Ukraine have the right to enter and stay in Montenegro for the purpose of a tourist visit on the basis of a valid passport without a visa for 90 days, including a non-biometric passport.
According to the rules on the entry of tourists into the territory of Montenegro, the tourist's passport must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of the end of the planned tour.
It is recommended to have a travel insurance policy for the entire period of stay in the country.
