Employees of the medical industry
There has been a shortage of psychologists and psychotherapists in Poland for several years. This demand is caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine and the economic crisis. A shortage of specialists is predicted in 260 poviats. There is also a need for:
• Physiotherapists and massage therapists;
• nurses;
• midwives;
• caregivers of the elderly.
Teachers and lecturers
Data on the Polish labor market indicate a shortage of teachers of special schools and integration classes, teachers of vocational and general education subjects, as well as teachers of practical vocational training.
Labor specialties
Labor professions have always been in demand in European countries, and Poland was no exception. This year, it will be easiest to find a job:
• Builders and roofers;
• electromechanics and electricity;
• bus and truck drivers;
• locksmiths;
• plasterers, painters and construction decoration specialists;
• car mechanics;
• warehouse workers;
• welders;
• operators of earth moving equipment and cutting machines.
Qualified specialists
White-collar workers are also needed in Poland. The consulting company "Hays Poland" conducted research and prepared a list of promising professions this year:
• Managers of enterprise assets;
• data analysts and engineers;
• CX managers (responsible for user experience of online stores and sites);
• DevOps engineers, Fullstack and JavaScript developers;
• IoT engineers;
• financial controllers and accountants (in particular, independent specialists and tax accountants);
• industry automation specialists.
