Ukrainians who are abroad and plan to use the services of passport services in Prague and Cologne will be able to register in the online queue only using FaceID technology. This temporary measure is being implemented to prevent possible cases of fraud.

To confirm registration in the electronic queue, users will need to provide access to their camera, as indicated on the official website of the Passport Service in Prague.

It is important to note that registration without FaceID verification will not be possible, and this protective measure is aimed at preventing any attempts to manipulate the queue in electronic format.

Restoration of entries in the electronic queue without the need to use FaceID will be available after the opening of stationary service centers in Prague and Cologne.

Please note! If a relative (husband, wife, guardian) registers in the queue for another person, this person must personally appear at the reception and provide an appropriate document confirming his/her identity.

It is noted that registration at foreign service centers of the Passport Service is possible only through the Telegram messenger.

In case of technical problems during registration in the queue, when it is impossible to get a coupon, users can contact the hotline at +38 (044) 597-87-77; +38 (067) 447-02-92; +38 (050) 472-57-55, or get advice in private messages on the official Facebook page of the State Enterprise "Document" (Cologne, Prague).
