Citizens of Ukraine are now able to conveniently track the status of customs clearance of international shipments from other countries. This became possible thanks to a new service called "Single Window for International Trade". Find out more about how the innovation will work
Ukraine has created a "Single Window for International Trade" to facilitate the process of tracking the status of customs clearance of international postal and express shipments. This is stated on the official government website.

The "Single Window for International Trade" service implemented by the State Customs Service of Ukraine is intended not only for participants in foreign economic activity, but also for citizens.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, users can now easily obtain information on the status of customs clearance of their parcels by simply entering their numbers.

How to use it?
To do this, you need to log in to your Personal Account at https://cabinet.customs.gov.ua/post and additionally specify the email address provided to the operator or sender.
After that, the user will be able to view the full protocol of their parcels through the customs clearance procedure.
