We will tell you how to obtain this type of document and what are the requirements for obtaining a D visa.

What should I pay attention to when applying for a D visa?

Firstly, documents issued in a foreign country (except for a passport) must be legalized or apostilled, unless otherwise provided by Ukrainian law.

In addition, all documents drawn up in a foreign language must be submitted for a visa along with a certified translation into Ukrainian. If this is not possible, a translation into English is acceptable.

In order to obtain a visa, you must have a passport with a visa label affixed to it, valid for at least three months after the planned date of departure from the territory of Ukraine (but not less than 6 months) and have at least two free pages.

Obtaining a residence permit is a simple procedure, but it requires a good knowledge of the Ukrainian language and legislation. Our specialists can assist in collecting and preparing the necessary documents. Migration law is one of the most important components of our specialization. We understand how difficult it is for a foreigner without knowledge of the language and legislation to personally apply for a residence permit or the required type of visa, so we offer a wide range of services, including obtaining a residence permit on the basis of employment on a turnkey basis.
