Temporarily displaced Ukrainians will be able to find remote work through a new platform

The company Upwork Tent Partnership for Refugees has created a new service that will help temporarily displaced Ukrainians get remote work.
Specialists from Ukraine, having registered on the freelance exchange, will see vacancies from companies that work online. After creating a new account, a representative of the platform will contact the specialist and provide useful information. Ukrainians who already have an Upwork account should follow this link. Businesses looking for personnel can also take part in the project. As the founders emphasize, the initiative aims to unite tens of thousands of displaced specialists from Ukraine and companies that need their professional help.
As the authors of the idea note, the benefits for Ukrainians will not be limited to career opportunities. Workers will have access to social services, Internet and equipment necessary for work, fair and competitive wages and, if necessary, certificates of qualifications and skills. Consultants will help you register on the website, tell you about the skills that are in demand among employers, advise you on how to sell yourself and your idea, and answer possible questions.
We will remind that since February 24, the number of remote work vacancies in Ukraine has halved. At the same time, the average salary of remote workers increases every year and already exceeds the average level of payment in the country (15,000 UAH).
